A short-term rental usually lasts for a couple of weeks and is referred to as a ‘holiday rental’. However, this term may be a little misleading, as a large part of this sector caters for business executives or teams who are simply visiting Malta, and that prefer not to stay in a hotel.

If staying in a hotel isn’t feasible for your or your staff, there are a multitude of short-let, serviced properties are available in Malta for let, specifically equipped to handle short visits. These properties for rent in Malta or Gozo are often centrally located and have full amenities including cable TV, high-speed internet and cleaning services.

However, should you prefer something a little more unusual for a short stay – such as a villa with a pool for rent for example – our letting database is extensive enough to be able to accommodate such requests too.

Please note, that a ‘short term’ let refers to any agreement that is less than six months in duration.
